Favorite Food: Hmmm… Depends if it's a cheat meal or not! Normally I enjoy eating chicken, sushi, scallops, protein pancakes/shakes and flank steak. On cheat meals, hehehee… anything from cheeseburgers, a thin crust homemade pizza, ice cream and anything with chocolate!!!

Favorite Muscle Group to Train: Probably my legs, especially my glutes!

Least Favorite Muscle Group to Train: The core... it's such an important muscle to work too!

Modeling Experience: Ms Hawaiian Tropic Model, Boxing Ring Card Model for East Coast Boxing events and Ring Card Model for the USFL (United States Fight League), Mixed Martial Arts events. Glamour, swimwear, fitness and lingerie print/commercial model. Host and voice over talent. Fitness Competitor and 1st place winner of both 2009 INBF Best Body Northeast Classic and 2009 NPC Bikini Connecticut State Championship. Fun Facts: Grew up taking misc. forms of martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, Boxing and most recently Krav Maga. Have love and respect for ALL forms of martial arts especially, MMA.

Hobbies: Love weight training, eating healthy, cooking, baking, kayaking, hiking, dancing and pistol shooting. Last but definitely not least, spending as much time on the gorgeous beaches of Florida as possible!
